    17 yr old and guardianship in GA
    My 17 year old former step daughter is in need of a home with structure and boundries. She is willing to live with my wife and I. Her mother has sole custody and is in agreement with this arrangement. What process do we go through to make this living arrangement legal.

    You go back to court for a change in custody and formalize it.
