This has been bugging me for at least ten years.. I watched it when I was younger (mid to late 90's)
The main things I remember is that ex-cons are dropped in Asia (maybe Vietnam) and are now soldiers. (possibly a rescue mission) I do remember that there is AT LEAST one woman, two white men, and two black men.
Some of them get captured and have bags put over their heads and a snake is going to be put in them.
The main scene I remember is that they are walking around and one person steps on a mine but it doesn't explode until he takes his foot off. While they are trying to disarm it, with his foot still on it, they spot a group of Asian militia so one of the white guys takes off his shirt and exposes a huge swastika tattoo then starts running towards the Asians firing his gun.

While I hope this all one movie I am remembering and not my mind playing tricks, I do remember a little bit more bits and pieces but nothing too big.
