    Court summons
    I am in debt and recetnly enrolled in a debt settlement program. I now have two accounts that used the same law firm and they have sent me a summons for both account. I replied to the summons but am wondering what will happen next,

    Hello e:

    You'll go to court where you'll lose and rack up more bills. The only way to stop it is to get hold of some cash and negotiate a settlement.

    OR, get the people you hired to DO what you hired them to DO!
