Legally changing my daughter's last name.
I was never married. My daughter's biological father lives in another state and I went to court to get full custody of her. I am now engaged and would like to change my daughter's last name to my future husband's last name. Since I have full custody of my daughter do I need her biological father's consent to change her name? Also, will changing her last name affect her child support?
