    Hi there,
I used to live in the USA, now I am here in Mexico, If there is a chance for a immigration reform can I be eligible to legalize myself being here in Mexico? My former employer is willing to support me.

First there is no current "change" and no one knows what the rules would be if it did happen.

So the answer to your question, you need to apply for visa to come to the US to work.

It depends on the exact immigration violations and what waivers you qualify for.

You would still need a petitioner, and generally that requires a labor certification. It's a relatively long process, so you should consult with an immigration attorney before starting to be sure you can get permanent residence.
