    Left Over Pregnancy Flab & Stretch Marks
    I need a little help here. I had a baby a little over a month ago. I really need help getting my figure back. I have some flab left from the pregnancy and stretch marks everywhere. I am currently using a skin firming lotion and stretch mark cream, but I need some exercise tips that will help quicken the pace of getting back into shape.

    As of right now, I am NOT going to be wearing a bikini this summer, but I really WANT to. My husband wants me to wear a bikini too, but he is ready for me to be wearing one NOW. I don't think so! LoL

    Does anyone have any tips for me?

    Are you breastfeeding? That can be a factor in what you may want to do at this point.

    It really is not any different from any other time. Watch what, and how much, you eat, make healthy choices, be careful not to over indulge in the goodies once in awhile, and get some exercise going everyday.

    You can look into mommy and me type exercise classes... can be a fun way to get back into shape and chat with other new moms at the same time. See if a friend or family member wants to work out with you... get hubby to supervise baby for you. Use an exercise dvd. Take baby for walks, or if possible, get a cart for behind a bike and go cycling. Whatever you think is going to keep you going... can help to mix it up a bit so you don't get bored.

    Keep in mind that it took a number of months to put the weight on, it will take a bit of time to get back into shape. Everyone is different, so how long will be determined by your own body type, your efforts, and what your starting point is. The key is to keep going, even when you don't feel like it!
