    You'll need a fico score of around 700 and a down payment of about 10%.

    Credit cards have nothing to do with it.

    If you have a good credit card that you don't owe nothing to the bank.Then, yes you can buy a house with a good credit card.

    Uh, I have this really strong feeling that you made that up. Because if that were true, I'd be buying a house right now. But I'm not because somehow I don't see any real estate agents taking me seriously if I were to hand over my credit card and say, here, just charge it...
