    My husaband wants to adopt my son
    I am about to get married and my soon to be husband wants to adopt my son...
    On my sons birth certificate there is no father stated... can my soon to be husband adopt my son...

    Was the paternity ever established by DNA test. Is there a child custody agreement in place, is the bio father paying child support.

    If there is no DNA test, no paternity established it is actually harder since you will now have to prove paternity and then get him to sign his rights over.
