I am doing some side work
I am licensed for business not insured (too much$$$$) how much is the going rate to pressure clean a house on the market for sale 2000 sq ft house with a concrete pool deck and 20x40 driveway I want to be resonable and fair to customer but don't want them to say forget it I do a good job and take pride in what I do thanks corndog lakeland, fl |

It would be 200 to 300 dollars around here in Atlanta, 100 to 150 for the house, 50 up on the drive and so on. Don't forget the gutters, air unit coil, and lawn furniture that can be washed. Insurance, when you damage their siding, when a rock gets blown out of their concrete, or their side walk chips, guess who is going into court. |
