    If I Sign my rights away to my daughter in West Virginia am I still responsible for child support?

    And what is the difference of signing away your right and reliqueshing my rights?:confused:

    Signing away rights is slang for relinquishing rights.

    Most States don't allow it and it's a rather complicated process.

    And, yes, unless someone adopts the child you are still responsible for child support.

    Why do you want to sign over your rights?
