    Heat strip ina air handler
    Where does the heat strip go in a air handler unit is. It in with the blower system

    Yes the heat strips will go above the coil and above the blower at the very top of the airhandler

    In many cases counter flow or down flow systems will have the coil above the heaters especially in a heat pump system. Follow the directions for the unit.
