    First, check for codes, by jumping the Service Check Connector. Afterwards, remove the Backup Fuse in the under hood fuse box, or disconnect the negative battery cable, for 10 seconds to reset the ECM. It's likely the Transmission Control Module (computer) is bad and needs replacing.
