    What is the easiest way to find the names of my birth parents?

    Ask the agency that managed the adoption. If the adoption was sealed, you may not be allowed the info.

    In that case, you can try posting on adoption match sites. There are several where adoptees can post their info if their parents are looking for them and vice versa.

    Have you asked your parents, often they may have know at the time of adoption

    That depends on how old you are, and when your adoption was.
