Hi... my fiancé was recently arrested for two counts of tafficking in herion/opium and two counts if trafficking in cocaine. He was driving for his cousin to go to this party for his birthday. He honestly didn't know the stuff was in the car. His cousin told him they were going to pick up their friend to go to a party. So my fiancé drove to his house his cousin got out the car and grabbed a bag and went in the house. He came out the house without the bag and said the guy wasn't coming. He was in the house selling the drugs... so my fiancé was mad the guy wasn't coming and just drove off. About twenty minutes later they where stopped by a bunch of police with all their guns out telling them to get out the car.They got out the car and they searched them and the car. They found the money from the drugs. My fiancés cousin told them non of the stuff was my fiance's but they locked both of them up anyway. My question is by them stopping them the way they did is this and illegal search? Also the grand Jury did not indict him and I was wondering what happens now. Will the case just be dropped against him or what?

Of course he could easily be convicted as the driver, but if the grand jury did not indict then most likely unless they get more evidence, nothing is going to happen.
