    How to change batteries
    We have a white-rodgers thermastat type no. 1F86-344. Please advise how to replace batteries. Thank you

    Could be that its hard wired and no battery is needed BUT try this

    wmproop gave some good info to check. If your thermostat is blank and it does not use batteries check the breaker going to the furnace or blower section.
