    Unemployment Hearing
I filed for unemployment and was disqualified because I quit my job due to a hostile work environment. It is going to hearing, but I have since found another job. What happens to the hearing? Or what happens now?

Since you found another job you wouldn't be eligible from the day you start that job.
I don't know if you would be able to get back pay from the time in between jobs.

You could possibly find people that use to work there that can testify of the work environment.
More than likely if it is your word against their word the court could very easily just believe your former employer unless you can convince them otherwise.
