What can I do to deport my husband We go married one year ago and got pregnant really fast he left me when I was 2 months pregnant we only live together for 4 months he was never there for me or my baby I was in and out from the hospital.he has another girl pregnant know.and he has file of joint custody of my baby after leaving me pregnant for her. I don't want him to take my 2 month old daughter. What is the fastest why to get him out of the country before we go to court

Why would you do this to your child? He is your child's father. Do you want your child to grow up without a dad? What happens when she's older and asks where daddy is, finds out you had him deported?

This is your anger talking, you're letting it dictate your life, that's no way to live.

For your child's sake, let it go, no good can come of this.

Is he a permanent resident? Did you petition for him?

You can divorce him and cancel any petition to sponsor him as a permanent resident but even if you do all this it is not 100% certain he will be deported.

He can apply to change the type of visa he is on, the decision to deport him will be for USCIS to take (assuming you are in the US here, it was never specified) and you don't have any say in that decision.

You need to file for divorce, get child suport order, cancell your sponsor and basically move on with your life
