Do you live alone? Do you have a family with whom you can share about what you're thinking? I know that when I'm alone a lot, I can tend to dwell on irrational thoughts that I might have concerning my health.

    Thanks!

Would you mind sharing how old you are? If not, that's okay. I'm 52. I remember when I was younger having thoughts that were out of control and irrational.

    Thanks!

I'm a person that used to have really bad panic attacks. In fact, a little over a month ago, I was hospitalized for a few days because I and friends thought that I was having a heart attack.

I couldn't walk and was having chest pains. It turned out that physically, my heart was fine. I was having a massive panic attack. The symptoms were the same as a panic attack.

Being around people a lot and sharing thoughts with them is part of the way that I overcame the way that I thought, years ago.

Are you around people much, other than family?

    Thanks!

I have friends.. but I do not discuss with them.. I used to see everything negatively.. I don have any desire to live.. I never find happiness in anything.. friends of my age are enjoying life.. and why I am like this.. scared and terrified always.. I used to spend much time on thinking doing nothing.. and am very tired and sick now.

Okay, let's spend some time doing something positive! :)

Do you like to write poetry and/or lyrics to songs? If not, would you like to give those sort of things a try?

    Thanks!

Just so you know, I'm trying to give you an opportunity to try something that might help you to think more positively, express yourself and win over the depression that you feel.

It's a lot of fun what I'm going to propose that we do!

    Thanks!
