    What to do?
    Hi, am 32yrs old and married.I gave birth prematurely to my baby last December and he died one week later.since then I am unable to thinkgeting getting pregnant.Any suggestions of how one is meant to forget a baby after going through the whole process of childbirth and trying to get another?

    I'm so sorry to hear that. I suggest seeking out a support group or getting some grief counseling.

    You don't "forget a baby." That baby was a life that must be grieved over. Find a support group and go through the grieving process before you get pregnant again.

    You cannot forget, you don't forget. That child was a part of you.
    I agree with the others who have answered here. Join a support group. It will help ease the pain a bit. It helps to share your grief with others too. You'd be surprise how you are then able to work through your own.
