    Illegal residency
We have a home in our neighborhood that has been foreclosed on and the old mortgagee still lives there for free and has not been evicted. Is there some way to notify the Lien holder of thiw situation?

Why do you believe that the lienholder isn't aware that the former owner is still occupying the premises? What is your interest in the property?

Very often it takes a while for the old owner to be evicted.

Do you know for a fact that the foreclosure has been finalized? But more importantly why do you care?
