    Overactive Bladder
I'm 23 and I have an overactive bladder. I think my bladder is spastic or something. I will all of a sudden have to pee NOW. Sometimes I don't make it to the bathroom. Sometimes there is a lot of urine sometimes only a tiny bit. I've been dealing with this my entire life. I go to the bathroom very frquently to prevent accidents. I have never been on any medications for this.
Does this sound like an overactive/spastic bladder?
Is there a test to see if you have it?
Has anyone found any medications that work without giving horrible dry mouth?

You need to visit a urologist to have this properly evaluated.
