It's a case of taking the carb apart and cleaning everything and putting it back together the same way.
Lubercate the O rings with a little oil or silicone grease or grease designed for that purpose.
Then the hard part is figuring out the settings of the mixture screws. You can usually start with 1.5 turns out
If there are two, then there is one for high and low speed.
Adjust both in their respective speed range for smooth running.
