    Criminal law
    My boyfriend had a forgery charge years ago and took 1st offender... now he is charged with bugulary, theft by taking over 500.00 and 8 theft by dispection charges, can he plea 1st offender on this charge since it is different and the other felony is off his record. Otherwise what could he be facing...

    No of course not, since he is not a first offender, that happened on the forgery charge.

    Plus this is multiple charges, not merely one charge.

    As noted, he's at least a 2nd offender and maybe even a third..

    I can tell you he's facing a lot of time if he burgled a private residence, instead of an empty building, and how much and who he deceived out of what money.

    I can tell you this, he needs a good lawyer.
