Hi, I have a strange question. I just moved into a used trailer (1991) and have started having plumbing issues. The problem is this: I can flush all the toilets and they refill just fine. But when I use either of the sinks or showers, hot or cold water, it comes out full pressure for about two seconds then starts to dribble out. Both showers and both sinks do this... it just started last night and I have not noticed anything that could cause this; except in the one shower which would sometimes make a screaming noise when running for a while. I've asked the landlord for his help but he is away for the next few days. My father has some plumbing abilities but asked if I could look online for suggestions. Any help would be appreciated! :)

Does it happen exactly the same with both hot and cold and the same at all fixtures ?

Yes, both hot and cold, for all sinks and baths. However, I did find out what was causing this! The trailer still needs skirting and the neighbor kids had been playing under it and turned off the water!! I guess sometimes it's the easiest solution! :)
