    Consumer debt State of Georgia
I am 61 and getting ready to apply for Social Security Benefits, I live in the State of Georgia and I owe $42,000 in credit card debt. I'm being sued by a few credit card companies. My home/car are paid for and I live off my IRA's. Can any of these items be detached?
