    Housin loan
    My husband and I are looking to get a loan to purchase a home, but because we are sel employed the banks won't look at us. Because the bisuness is running at a loss,even though we make it all goes back in to the bisuness, and also have bad credit rating. Can you steer us to the right direction
    , is there anyone out there that can help us.

    Do you live in an area that has houses available on the basis of "Rent to Own?"
    This would give you a chance to improve your credit rating, and in many instances,
    Once you decide to buy, all previous rental payments are applied toward the
    Purchase. Just one idea.
