I need to speak to someone who can point me in the right direction
My girlfriend broke up with me 2 months ago and we remained friends and still talk everyday. But she has started to tell me lies and I know she is but I'm to afraid to question her over it or anything cause I know she will just get fed up and stop talking to me and I really don't want that... I love her too much. I need someone to help point me in the right direction as to what to do. Sorry if this is messed up a lot, ill try make it clearer later on.
Cheers.

We're going to need more details. If she lies, how can you believe anything she says? If there is no hope of getting back together, then you should block her out and try to move on with your life. No point dragging out the pain and suffering.

There is hope of getting her back, she said so herself, and I believe her because of the tone and words she used. She's not the best liar, and I know her very well so I would know when she is telling me lies and when she's not, well I think I would  Hope that makes sense.

Even if there is hope of getting her back, do you want to be with someone that is willing to lie to you? I was in a very long relationship that started with him telling me small lies, then larger lies... and in the end I couldn't believe anything he said. You sound head-over-heels (a.k.a. not necessarily thinking with the most absolute amount of reason)... I think you should take some time (like at least a month) completely away from this girl. Then re-evaluate how you feel about her and if this is the type of person you'd like to be with.

I think the reason she lies to me now is that she needs some time to herself, and Im finding it hard to give it to her cause she's all I really have to talk to. I get so lonely without her, and yeah I am head over heels in love with her. I really can't see me lasting a month without her :( I think about her all the time and I really feel that she is the person I want to be with. I just can't imagine myself with anyone else :(

Okay, here is dose of reality for you, you want her back? Then you need to GET AWAY FROM HER NOW! GOT IT! This is the bottom line. As long as you provide her a shoulder to cry on she is using you to slowly transition to life without you while you squirm and kiss her . WRONG WRONG WRONG! I'm telling you as hard as this sounds if you keep doing what you are doing she's gone.

Ive seen that elsewere. Does it mean if she talks to me I shouldn't talk back? She usually talks to me first since we broke up, is that the right thing to be doing? Don't know if it makes much of a distance but we were in a long distance relationship.
Thanks for the help :)

Try and take control. Yes... if she talks to you... tell her that you need some time, you're just too hurt right now, and you need some time before you can be friends. If she is really the girl for you, she'll understand and want the best for your own mental health.

She says she wants me to be happy and she will do anything to help me get through this, she keeps telling me to try talk to other girls but as I'm very shy I find it hard :( and I'm scared if I stop talking to her, she will just move on

Be unavailable as much as possible. Quit answering the phone except every now and then (very rarely). NEVER CALL HER and always act like you've got something going on so you don't have time. I swear you'll thank me. Don't tell her your hurt, you have to be indifferent
