    Being forced to pay $53.00 sewage bill
    Is it legal for my complex to force me to pay a sewage bill of $53.00 a month if I'm only renting this is crazy

    Yes most places do charge for water and sewage. Unless you can find it in your lease that it is included or they are not charging anybody else I would say you have to pay.

    What does your lease say, if your lease does not say you have to pay, then you don't
