    Old rudd central heating and air unit
    I have al old rudd heating and air unit which I need to wire. How do I find a schematic or find the easiest way to wire it. I can get the inside fan to turn on but with the heater coils running. It won't turn on to just fan.Outside by pushing down on the 3 what trip I can activate the fan and compressor.

    Are you trying to replace all of the wiring in this unit or just the low voltage wires or are you
    Just trying to get the low voltage wiring connected in the right places.

    Please explain and we can help.

    There is still wiring inside the unit, however I don't know if someone else has moved anything.I need to know which wires inside the unit to hook up to the low power and make the fan and the heater work independently or together depending on the thermostat.

    I don't know where to tell you to get a wiring diagram for the furnace but if you will tell me how it is wired now I may can tell you if it is right or not.
