Refused visa due to 214 b permanent?
Hi,
If my visa refused due to 214 b not permanent why the officer refused my visa twice for the same reason that my son born in us, al though he knows that I have strong ties that I will come back to home.
So how can I solve this problem what I have to do next interview ?

If you have two refusals for the same visa, both for section 214(b) and your proof of ties to your home country have not changed, then you should look to a visa that allows for dual intent, such as an H-1B or L visa.
Go through the list of visas at the USCIS or DOS website. Good luck.

Re-read my answer, if your proof of ties has not changed, then you should file for another visa. The denial is not a permanent bar to visa issuance. You simply have not yet proved to the CONOFF of your non-immigrant intent. Good luck.

When you can PROVE that you are not going to immigrate to the US and are able overcome the presumption of immigrant intent. I am not talking about your USC child. PLEASE re-read my posts.
You should find an experienced consular attorney, I cannot explain this to you.
