    Making the background on a picture, transparent?
    I want too making the background on a picture transparent. A picture from Photobucket.com or Tinypic.com. Any one knows how too? Please and thank you.

    You need a program such as photoshop in order to do that.
    If you have photoshop you can go to their website for a tutorial on how to do that.
