    Error message: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
    I receive this error message every time I go to print. I tried to enter the start / run "regsvr32 ole32.dll and receive a message Dll register service in ole32.dll succeeded.

    What are you trying to print from... the internet? Word documents? Excel sheets? etc..

    Word documents, excel etc... someone told me to download a new driver and
    I did that and receive the same error message.
