Handle does not stay up on kitchen faucet
After turning the handle to the off position on my kitchen sink, it does not stay up and gradually moves to the on position and the water comes back on. I have tried to tighten the tiny screw in the only hole visible, but with no luck. Help please.

Yes please give fuacet brand. And a pic may also help here. Usually a faucet handle is down for off, and up for on. But this isn't the case for your faucet. So we will need info to help. It all depends on what type of cartridge you have. It may be as simple as taking the handle off and tightening a nut, Or you may need a complete new cartridge. How old is the faucet? Is it brand new

I agree with the above poster. It could also be as simple as pulling the cartridge and rotating 90 degrees. But, like said above a brand would help better evaluate your issue.
