What causes my mini dauchund male dog to have seisures when he is upset?

If he is having seizures you MUST take him to the Vet before he sustains permanent neurological/brain damage and/or injury.

There are tests which can be run, medications which can be prescribed.

Only a Vet can answer this question correctly - the rest of us can only guess.
