Period lasting over 4wks since mscarriage

OK so I had a baby in jan. of course I had the normal 5wk period after that. But when it came time for my regualr cycle to kick in it only lasted a few hrs.. Shortly after that I got on shot form of birth control, I didn't know I was pregnant. At the time and it didn't show up in the pregnant. Tests they gave me at the doctors. So I ended up miscarrying a month later its been 4wks since I micarried and the bleeding still hasn't stop since I miscarried. Is that normal?
