    60 day notice
    Can my landlord give me a unsigned 60 day notice via email? It has no date nor signature.

    Depends on your state laws and the terms of the lease. But usually notice has to be in writing.

    Yes. But, the email has a date on it. I'd go by that.

    The problem here is that if he wants you out, pushing for a written notice is only going to give you a couple of days delay. I would accept the notice, ask that he follow-up with a written notice and start looking for a new place.
