Kids just want money
I am presently going through custody and support court with my husband. Oldest daughter and son use to live with use. Daughter moved back with mother, quit school, moved out with boyfriend, had baby. Now daughter, baby, and boyfriend moved back with mother. Now step son is following her foot steps. Moved back with mom, failing school due to attendance.
Now my question is why should I have to pay child support for kids that threw their future way? Can I relinquish my husband rights? He refuse's to be held accountable for their actions!

1. there is no "husband" rights, there are parential rights as their parents.
During this time have you used your visits, how often were the children with you.
In the end what does the child support order say, if the one girl had a baby and moved out with boyfriend that may have emancipated them, for the son, what is his age, the court can and should order the mother to keep him in school
But have you filed for a change of custody, make them come live with you, so you can kick boyfriend out and make them go to school

The daughter is now 20! Unemployed along with her boyfriend. As foe the son he's going to be 16 in June and he lived with us for 3 yrs, had good grades. Went from "special classes " to general classes. After 1st month with mom he was back in " special classes and then quite going almost altogether! Now that all kids live back with mom she wants child support, and my husband is refusing to pay for that behavior, that is acceptable to mom. She has no control over the kids now. Since daughter had baby and is not being responsible, by at least trying to get a job, my husband has severed all ties to her and grandchild. And is now to that point with his son.

He is going to have to pay child support at least for the 16 year old.
So your husband wants nothing to do with his grandchild? Why? What did the baby do to him? It isn't right to punish the child.
