Yeah because he called. People (men and women) get silly about that "should I call them or wait until they call me" rule, so maybe that's why he took so long. It would really depend on what he said to you I would think.

Yup, I would say so. Sometimes we wait because we don't want to appear desperate. He might *really* like you if he was trying to get all tactical about it.
