    Paid for 12 yrs, never had a peteranity test
    I have paid my child support always for 12 yrs, never late. The mother contacted me 3 months after the birth I am not on the birth cer, I was sick for over a with a serious illness and fell behind, just now getting on my feet! What can I do, there was never a pertanity test done.:confused::confused:

    I would think you can take her to court for paternity.
    In the meantime set aside the money for child support.
