Hi my hair was dyed blond, have just used a different dye then normal ,instead of going lighter blonde its gone grey in parts, help... how do I get it back to normal

The best thing to do is to simply let it fade -- probably 3 to 4 days. It's likely that the hair has absorbed too much toner. The other possibility is that you tried to use a lighter shade over a darker shade and the resulting mixture of shades is rather gray. That will fade also.

What brand and shade is your normal brand and shade and what is the new brand and shade?

Hi I use claral very light blonde, this time I have used l'oreal silver blonde... what can I do... thanks for your help

The silver blonde has a lot of gray in it. It will fade and that's the best thing to do is let it fade. If you absolutely can't stand it, use ColorFix (or Color Oops or Color Zap or Igora Phantom) to remove the color. You will then have to re-dye your hair using your normal shade.
