    Is there any command in dos to list all computers in lan ?

    Not natively. Windows 95 DOS prompt and later has an ARP command and a NET VIEW command. Earlier versions of Microsoft Networking for DOS prior to Win95 may have had similar commands but I don't recall precisely. Novell also probably had a similar command(s) but I have no experience with their product.
