    Flat belly
    I have three children. The first two I had no problem lossing my stomach but this time it won't go away. I'm in a wedding in less than three months,how do I loss my stomach

    Watch what you eat, smaller portions, healthier choices, don't go over the top with cutting back however... get moving every day. Try for at least 30 minutes; 60 whenever you can. Walking, bike riding, swimming, dancing, exaggerate your housework or yardwork, whatever will get you moving and keep you moving for a period.

    While you can't really spot reduce, the reduction will come from all over, you can target those stomach muscles to help strengthen and define them better.
