    Creditor garnished my checking account
    I have a debts I've been paying my creditors through careone Well I found out yesterday one of them got a judgement to take my money out of my checking account. I have my receipts I've been paying them.They realize they made a mistake I want to know how long does it take for them to put my money back in my account or who do I need to contact besides the creditor? Please help.

    Don't count on them putting the money back in your account. Once they have it, they won't let go. They have a judgment, after all, that is their reason. I don't think there is anyone you can contact regarding this. Just keep after them.
