Custody of kids
Ok where do I start Well my son is 13 years old and will be 14 in Dec. He wants to live with me and his mom will not let him do so. I have filled with the court be in that for about 2.5 years with her. Will the judge listen to the kid and what he wants. My girls also what to stay with me they are 11 and 6 years old.

They court will most likely let him testify, but they will also look at what is best for the child. So expect any and every dirty issue to be brought out by the ex in court. And if she has an attorney and you don't sound like you do, you get one if you want to win. |
