    Discloure Statement
I want to buy a home that is being sold by a relocation company for the seller. All inspections, spectic tank, and discloure statements are 2 year old. No one has lived in the home for about that time. I know I have to get my own inspections done, but is it required by law for the seller or relocation company to update the discloure statement. Thank, Alex 55

Only if things changed, you can ask for them to supply new ones or you will not make a offer it is that easy, if they don't, then you don't make a offer
