    What to do
Me and my fiancé want to get married at the courthouse in PA because that's where I live. He is in the Marines and stationed in North Carolina. I no we need a 3 day waiver which costs money and a marriage license. But to do all of that do I need him up here with me, or can I do it alone? He doesn't come home until the 2nd of July and we wanted to get married on July 3rd. What do I need to know?

Call the court and see if he can do it notarized by mail. Many courts will make concessions for military personnel.

If not possible, look at meeting him in somewhere like TN or GA where you can get a license and get married the same day
