    How do I get a pack?
    Can you tell me how to change my jelly roll into a pack.

    Cardio (running, jogging, walking, biking, *boxing*, or M.M.A. training.) dieting (Look up callorie counter FDA site), sit ups, crunches, Planks (very hard to do, look it up on YouTube, the vid may still be there.), hard work and effort.

    Try looking up, body for life. That may help.

    Wow. Well the above answer pretty much said it all. Well put. You do want to take in more protein (egg whites, muscle milk high protein drinks, skinless chicken boiled or baked, etc.) and less carbs but you probably know that by now. Protein eats fat. When you are strengthening muscles and you eventually gain more muscle (mass), your body will even burn more fat while you are sleeping. Whatever you do, don't try any of those diet pills. Not worth getting sick or dying from. Careful with crunches. I only say this just in case because you can hurt yourself if not done correctly especially if you may already have had a past injury or an underlying problem. A lot of gyms have crunch machines that support your neck and back. As Nestorian suggested though, I would check out a YouTube video on how to correctly do them. And you have to do a lot but take note on how you're feeling. Don't overdo it if you are feeling back or neck pain and if you shake a bit or feel weak in the stomach area when trying to sit up from a chair or bed for example. You need recovery time. Know when to take a break. And remember, high protein but you still have to count those calories so not too much. Good luck to you.
