    Why not want to pay
    In New York state law how long does the non custodial parent have to pay child support while child is in college and over 18

    In NYS support continues to age 21. It may extend beyond that if the support agreement specifies until they finish school.

    Is he at home and attending school from there or is he living at the school ?
