    Evictioning 22 year old
    What are the laws for evicting a 22 year old child who left and moved back with girlfriend and baby. They do not pay rent or bills.

    They are tenants and have to be given a notice and if they do not move will have to be taken to court to be formally evicted.

    ** I am assuming there is nothing in writing.
