I need a bra?
Okay so I really think I need a bra I'm nine and my breasts aren't flat they're like 30% round and when I wear stretchy shirts my nipples show a lot. I asked my mom for one but she said I don't need one I've gotton to the point to where I'm begging her, She said she'll look in the summer and see if there'e development but I NEED one now!!

Don't wear stretchy shirts? Wear a camisole top underneath? If your mom says no, what can WE do?
Have you gotten your period yet? That could be an argument to your mom, that your body is beginning to develop.

I agree with Wonder. If the fact that your nipples show in certain types of clothes embarasses you, then don't wear those types of clothes.
A bra serves two purposes in my opinion, the main purpose is support, but a secondary purpose is to hide prominent nipples.
Now, I doubt if, at nine, you really need support, so the main issue is the secondary one. And a bra that would do that would probably have a molded cup that might make your bosom appear larger than it is. If the bra is thin, its not going to accomplish what you want.
There are other options as wonder suggested. Layering seems to be the major style these days. I rarely see women without 2 or more layers. So you can wear a tigher top under a looser one.

They have trainers. Would your mom go for that? I don't know what to tell you, but I think if nipples show then you need a bra... but there's not much can be done unless you can maybe where bandaids over your nipples... it does work.

There are tank tops out there that have an extra 'bra layer'.. Really its just another piece of fabric. I would agree with a training bra or a sports bra; that way it won't make you look larger, which most bras do these days.

The do make "pasties" that just fit over the nipples.
Lots of good suggestions here. But if mom won't but something for you, you could try saving your allowance and buy something for yourself. Or maybe you can enlist a third party to help convince mom. Talk to the school nurse for example.

Tell your mom your embarrassed because your nipples show through your shirts and that's why you want a bra. I'm sure she will understand

I agree with h_leann_b, the tank tops with the 'double layer' inside them are great, they not only support but hide the dreaded nipples.
Your mom might be more inclined to let you wear one of those as oppsoed to a bra.

I'm sorry you think that I did not help, but its more that you didn't like my susggestions then that I didn't help.
No I did not judge you by your age. I have no doubt that your development is advanced for your age and I took your problem very seriously. But I stand by what I said. A 28A does not need a bra for support. So your need for a bra is to deal with your nipples. And I don't minimize that you may need to deal with them. A bra is only one way to do so. I had kind of assumed you showed your mother what happens when you wear tight tops. Because I know if my daughter had showed me that I would have had her mom take her shopping ASAP. But, in the meantime, I would have had her wear looser clothes.
The point here is there are more than one way to deal with a problem as you will learn as you get older. You may know the old joke about the patient who goes to the doctor and tells the doc, "it hurts when I do this". The doc replies "then don't do that!".
So if wearing tight tops embarrases you because your nipples show, then getting a bra is only one answer. That you thought my advice didn't help, indicates that you were more interested in starting to wear a bra, then the issues of embarrassment.
